Welcome to Batch Cooking for Healthy Weight Loss!
I’m Vicki Brett-Gach, and the creator of Ann Arbor Vegan Kitchen. I’m a Whole-Food Plant-Based Culinary Instructor, Certified Personal Chef, and a Master-Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach.
When you’re serious about eating healthy and losing weight, the food has to be delicious, or it won’t be sustainable. And let’s be honest – it has to be easy enough to fit into your busy schedule. And wouldn’t you like it to be fun, too?
You are in the right place! In this one-hour cooking class, learn to batch cook several plant-based ingredients and recipes in your kitchen – concurrently! Prep smarter, not harder. At the end this cooking session, at least 20 deliciously healthy meals will be ready and waiting to enjoy all week long – for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I’m so glad you are here! Let’s get started!
