Plant-Based Meals All Week!

Welcome to Plant-Based Meals All Week!

(Next Level Batch Cooking for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

I’m Vicki Brett-Gach, and I’m a Whole-Food Plant-Based Culinary Instructor, Certified Personal Chef, Master-Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach, and the author of “The Plant-Based for Life Cookbook: Deliciously Simple Recipes to Nourish, Comfort, Energize and Renew.”

In this one-hour cooking class – divided into three separate videos – we’ll be making the most of our prep time, creating multiple recipes in each session.

What you prepare at home in your own kitchen is the key to making your healthy plant-based eating habits sustainable. Our food must be easy enough to fit into our busy schedules…but it also has to be delicious, right? We really deserve to LOVE our food!!

Easy and delicious? You’re in the right place! Let’s take breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the next level together!

We’ll begin with one of my favorite hearty soups, then prepare a week’s worth of comforting mashed potatoes. We’re also making homemade tempeh burgers, a pot of rice, and oven-roasted vegetables, plus spicy beans, and an amazing cheese sauce. But we won’t be finished without creating colorful main dish salads, a creamy salad dressing, and a deliciously simple sweet dessert!

At the end of our time together, you’ll have an expanded batch cooking repertoire – and wonderfully satisfying meals you can enjoy all week long.

I’m so glad you are here! Let’s get started!
