I’ve been making this Mango Blueberry Pear Oatmeal every week for over a month now. It’s simple, delicious, and sweet without any added sugar.
You can easily double or triple this for a larger group, and change up the fruit whenever you like. It’s super customizable, and ready for you to add your own favorite touches.
I like to top this off with more fresh berries and bananas and sometimes homemade granola for even more flavor and a little crunch.
Leftovers make an easy lunch – or later day/evening snack, when you might be tempted to reach for something that would be less satisfying.
MANGO BLUEBERRY PEAR OATMEAL

1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen blueberries (cherries work well too)
1 cup fresh pear, diced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Toppings (optional)
fresh berries, sliced banana, or/and homemade granola
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil, and reduce the heat to simmer, stirring as needed to heat evenly for a few minutes, until slightly thickened.
Serve warm, topped with extra fresh fruit, if desired. Cover and refrigerate leftovers for another day.
